I think the magic top hat thru COL is black.

The magic top hat is only available through Ben's discretion. You have to do something special to acquire it.

The formal top hat,like Phileas', is available through the COL.

No, Phileas said Ben gave him his hat. He couldn't remember what he did 2 get it. The magic hat is the top hat at COL.

I just relized my last post was not helpful. If anything I want to a plus to the Sleuth community.
For clarification on the Magic Top Hat look at Akano- director at Fat Kitten Detective. It is very nice and we are all green with envy. The discript on it will explain how to get it.
For clarification on the Formal Top Hat, the stylish hat worn by the cool yet always focused Phileas Fogg-officer at Mojo Jojos (my personal favorite), now you know where to find him and the esteemed dective cfm has explained correctly where to get the fine wear.

I still say it looks like Willy Wonka and I expect to see an Oompa Loompa as a suspect in one of my cases very soon.
