Connor O'Toole has been a drifter for most of his life. Growing up an orphan, Connor has used his Irish charm and rugged good looks to make his way through the world
When his only real friend was murdered, Connor vowed to make right by his buddy and find the killer. He took up where the cops left off, going places they couldn't (or wouldn't) go.
Whenever he has free time, Connor pores over the old case file of his friend's murder
