I have a couple of questions I'd like some feedback on. Please Answer by replying to this post.
1) Is the game fun? Really fun, kind of fun, funner than going to the dentist?
2) Can you think of anything that would make the game more fun?
3) Is the game too hard? Too easy?
Thanks
-Ben

I forgot a few things for #2. I like Madame Tbird's suggestion about shoes, etc and having upto 5 or 6 items. Scarves are worn around the neck for example, not carried in your hand.
To pinpoint a few things Mycroft said, I really like the suggestion of having all new suspects at the bottom of the list, not randomly placed among other suspects. I keep a written list as I solve each case. having new ones in the middle or beginning messes with my current list. If I use the case file page, I have to click back and forth each time to get the alibi for the next suspect. Mycrofts alternative to the case page would be great!
Under the question "Did you hear or see something suspicious about a someone" could you please just list all suspects discovered? That would be so much nicer than a link to ask about a certain person. It would mean a lot less clicking and going back and forth between pages.
If an answer to a question would appear under or next to it instead of going to a new page, I would also really dig that.

Okay. About the equipment lockers. I know there's been a lot of talk about hangers, outfits, etc.
But what if the things you used most recently went to the top of the list? Then they'd be right there when you went back for them, rather than having to look through the whole darn list again and scroll down.
I admit it's not a perfect solution, but it might be an easy one for the interim?

Yes! I like it! No more hunting!
(Even though my locker is practically empty!)

My agency has multiples of the same item. Could we just have it say ie "3 umbrellas" instead of listing them 1 by 1? It would make the list more compact and easier to find the items people are looking for.

I think I have an idea on another way of how people in agencies could team up on cases. Once a day there could be a team mystery. Each agency would register their detectives as filling some function. ie You could have some working on collecting evidence, some working on suspects and some working on getting information from witnesses, some possibly doing infiltration etc... Perhaps if you wanted to extend those types of mysteries you could limit how many people a person can talk to or how much info from evidence you can get a day.
I know this wouldn't be an easy thing to implement but it might be a welcome change of pace
I've heard some complain about not not having anything to spend their skill points once they've bought all of their skills. It might add to the customizability of characters if they could spend skill points on permanent adjustments(limited of course) that stay on even if the clothing is taken off.

as for the skill point idea maybe the skill points could be used to change the adjustments on your favorite clothes permenatly.ie I could spend 5 skill points to make my tommy gun +1 on toughness,or could spend 10 to take away the - points for charm.

I like your idea, Akano. I think it would be fun to have agency members working on a big, major mystery every now and then.
Perhaps some "clues" could be unlocked only through randomly generated cutscenes. Once an agency signs up for a Team Mystery, its members may encounter random cutscenes which can unlock certain suspects or evidence. This may open up hidden areas (similar to Big Lucy's) that may offer more clues, evidence or suspects for the case.
I have a related idea that could perhaps be applied to the Team Mystery idea. Perhaps the number of Fame Points earned for completing a Team Mystery could be tagged to the number of agencies signing up for the Mystery. This makes logical sense as the more agencies invloved in a case, the more high profile a case becomes and thus the more fame associated with the case.
As Akano pointed out, these suggestions are not likely to be easily implemented. But just throwing some ideas around. No harm making suggestions I guess.
