Has anyone ever had a Larry The Toe/Lucy case in other cities? Just curious? I'm Looking for new equipment to buy from the fence in other cities, or does it only exist in NY?

lary lucy deal? whats that? sounds like said person makes a deal with u. maybe its selling hot stuff? (not hot as in sexy, hot as in stolen which is so much cheaer then normally buying)

Larry appears randomly during cases in New York, saying he knows something. For $500 he will tell you the location of Big Lucy's caberet - which moves around from place to place.
There is normally some fenced gear for sale at Big Lucy's (actual items change daily) but rather than being cheaper than you would normally pay, its actually usually more expensive. Once you reach the incredibly hard level favors, though, sometimes it is the only way to get gear that is available through favors at lower levels.

Yeah I paid the 500 and it took me back to the map but nothing is there. I don't get it.

after you paid the 500, he should have told you where it was.
You can find it anyway, as long as you haven't started a new case, just run your pointer over the map, and when it changes, that's where it is
