I recently found an awesome party/social game called "The Resistance" that my friends and I love to play. The premise is very similar to games like "mafia" and "werewolf"; you have a group of players, in which some of them are working against the group and have knowledge the others don't.
In "The Resistance", you are basically members of an underground organization known as "The Resistance" attempting to destroy the establishment. However, among you there are counter-agents, or "Imperial Spies" who are working to sabotage your efforts. The spies know who they are, as well as who else is a spy, but will for all intents and purposes appear to be working toward the goals of the Resistance.
The game takes place over a series of 5 "missions". The Resistance is trying to complete 3 missions successfully, while the spies are attempting to sabotage 3 missions. First one to 3 wins.

MISSION RESULT:
Jason, Molly, and Special ventured out to the location of the weapons cache. It was heavily guarded, naturally, but thankfully the team was able to circumvent the patrols and searchlights.
Upon reaching the entrance to the warehouse, the team spotted a keycard reader next to the locked door. The team used the keycard that had been stolen from an Imperial guard they had ambushed the night before, and attempted to gain access.
Sirens and floodlights immediately filled the team's senses, as they realized they had been set up. They barely escaped with their lives, avoiding trigger-happy guards and search dogs as they made their way back to base.
It was discovered that someone had switched the keycard that had been taken from the guard with a fake. The only people who had access to the real keycard were Jason, Molly, and Special_K, and Molly had been put under surveillance by Danny. Molly never touched the card.
MISSION 1 IS A FAILURE! (Spies lead 1-0)
Molly-Success (through "IN THE SPOTLIGHT")
???-Success
???-Sabotage
You are now free to discuss this result, as I set up the second mission in the game. Will post details later today.

SHOCKING. I mean that's really shocking to me. I can't believe that mission failed. :-P
Since I am next up, I will post what is going on in my head about this. Get thoughts from others who are Resistance. And then post the mission.

My opinion is that Jason is Resistance, like Illicit said. Molly said SUCCESS just because she was in the spotlight. It doesn't mean she is not a spy. Especially if she already knows that there is somebody in the mission who will SABOTAGE it. I think that the only one who voted SABOTAGE is Special K.
One question for you Serges. You should not communicate to the players how many votes were for SUCCESS and how many for SABOTAGE?
Some doubts remain on M. Lacrimosa as well. We need to cancel some missions maybe in order to find out more things about the saboteurs.
Let's see nicnic's team. :D

ROUND 2 (Spies lead 1-0)
In this round, here is the mission information:
Nicnic is the leader. She is about to receive two abilities that she must distribute to players in the game (including herself if she chooses) before the mission can begin.
Those abilities are:
"NO CONFIDENCE": Whoever receives this can, after a mission proposal has been successfully approved through voting, force that proposal to fail. This would move leadership to the next player.
"NO CONFIDENCE": Whoever receives this can, after a mission proposal has been successfully approved through voting, force that proposal to fail. This would move leadership to the next player.
(You have 2 of them to give out...)
Nicnic, the choice is yours; who will receive these abilities?
THE FIRST MISSION:
Recovering from the repercussions of the last failed mission, the resistance needs a public relations coup in order to gain more supporters in the populace. Intelligence suggests that the mayor of a large city is sympathetic to the resistance, which angers the Imperials. A plot is in motion to assassinate the mayor, and blame the act on the Resistance. If this occurs, the Resistance will look like nothing more than petty terrorists. You've learned through outside operatives that the assassination attempt will occur during the mayor's birthday celebration; an imperial assassin will shoot him, then cry "Viva La Resistance"! before being "captured" by guards. You must protect the mayor's life and stop this assassination attempt.
This mission will require 4 team members to go.
Nicnic, once the abilities have been passed out, you may propose the mission team. You may put yourself on the team if you so desire.
I await your decision as to who will receive these abilities. Please post your decision here.

@Cekuray: Everyone is supposed to know the number of success/sabotages for each mission; however, the results (i.e. who picked what) will always be posted anonymously (unless an ability provides otherwise).

Cekuray we are totally on the same page. For that reason I would like to take one card for myself and give the other to Cekuray.
Also Serges... This FOUR team mission totally blows my plan.
