Just curious, why is there a limit to cases?
Probaly a stupid question, so i posted in the room...

Not stupid at all....
If there was an unlimited amount of cases, then agencies could win hunts in a matter of hours. This would also make the game too easy.

Post in the detective agency recruiting section. Say that you are looking for an agency, what contacts you have, and what faction you are friendly with. Someone would be more than glad to have you!

You might try reapers for a bit if they have openings. At least get a look at agency life.
