Do you have what it takes to outlast all others? Do you think you can rise above the rest and stand out as the ultimate contender? Welcome Ladies and Gentlemen to Survivor: Sleuthville!

10 Detectives enter, face off against each other in a different challenge every week, and the last left standing will be crowned Sleuth Noir Survivor! The winner will walk away with a one-year subscription to Sleuth Noir and bragging rights over the entire community. The rules are simple:

1. The first ten Detectives to post an entry will be entered and placed on two teams of five.

2. It's advisable to be subscribed. Some of the challenges may require travel, and if you can't participate, it's likely your team will vote you off at elimination. I won't bar anyone based on this, but it's your call.

3. The losing team at the end of each event will have to vote off one member. To do that each team member will submit a PM to me, which will remain anonymous with the name of the person he or she is voting for, and a short reason why. It can be as simple as-

Name: Heimlich VonVictor
Why: He didn't write any of the poem. It's no wonder we lost!

4. Challenges will be one week long and a winner will be announced at the end, in the event of a tie, a coin will be flipped.

5. Anyone may enter including mods, editors, or even Ben and Sunny themselves if they so choose.

6. The contest will begin when all ten detectives have entered and been placed on teams. It will conclude after nine weeks of elimination challenges.

That's all! Get out there and outwit, outplay, and outlast!

Vulkie will be the other Lenape to be benched this week! Good luck all.

I would also like to reiterate Ms Helens sentiments. What do you mean we actually have to do cases this week? :-P

Woah there Irene. The heavy first person dramatics are more better suited to the Role Playing Boards. This is a game. If you're not having fun, stop.

Irene was just trying to interject a little humor for us Comanches, I believe. A bit like sympathy pains because we keep coming up a bit short. :) We're trying, honest we are.

Heimlich, Aknas thought she sent hers yesterday morning before starting her cases. Once I saw your post here, I took another screenshot of her detective page and sent it to you (even though she had already played one day's cases). I'm hoping she will have the first screenshot saved on her computer and can attempt to send it to you again.

Wow, I must say that I am surprised with the results this week. I was expecting people to do their twelve to thirteen cases a day and maybe get a few off of another detective. The competition was fierce this time around! Let's have a look at the scores:

Comanche
Miss Snopes- 532
Violet Parr- 216
Aknas- 288
topkebab- 0
TOTAL: 1036

Lenape
Ms Helen- 640
Riza Hawkeye- 682
ctown28- 119
Joseph Zeo- 463
TOTAL: 1904

That's a total of 2,940 cases played between eight contestants! That's equal to 245 days worth of normal case load! Average cases per detective per day was 52.5 cases. To reach this number, on average, 35 detectives worth of cases would have to be played every day.

Congratulations to all the detectives who went above and beyond in their competitive efforts during this challenge. A special congratulations to Riza Hawkeye who solved the most cases. Your reward is one vote token. Use it wisely. Lenapes, you have won immunity once again. Comanches it was a valiant effort, but it looks like I'll be seeing you at elimination once again. Please PM me your vote and reasoning for the vote within 24 hours.

Congratulations everyone, for SURVIVING the challenge and is still somewhat sane. The past week had been a difficult and trying one, but it was also a test of will power and fellow sleuth bonding [Of course there were more than 8 contestants involved; hence the begging and borrowing in the title of the challenge] (^^)

I really want to thank everyone who helped and supported both teams in giving us freely your cases (which made us stay up all night doing them :P ), and of course those who actually help doing some for us. Both groups were simply amazing.

Comanche, what you put in was beyond words. Great job! *deep bow of respect* You put up a really good fight and i am sure both teams were stressed beyond our imagination. I guess we're all so relieved that it's now over (^^)

Just a small note about myself benching for the next challenge, whatever it will be. A huge project in RL is at hand (and it almost collapsed this week). I really need to focus on my work. I shall return to Sleuthville by Nov 8-9, so the timing is almost perfect. I will come in to check up on PM and this board though, if i'm still alive. Have a wonderful time this coming week, and Heim, please be easy on us!
