Well uh hello there! My name is Heimlich VonVictor private investigator for Sleuthville. You probably remember me as the district attorney for Sleuthville county for the past 25 years. If you got thrown in jail in Sleuthville it was probably me who put you there.

I had 100% conviction rate up until my last year as DA. Four convictions slipped by me because of a lack of evidence. Two of those went on to kill again. I couldn't stand the fact that the police weren't doing their jobs right. I decided to retire and go after the criminals myself. I've been locking them up for so long, it's about time I get my hands dirty.
