A quiet and serious man, Joseph Zeo swore to serve justice for the victims of violent crimes. Zeo served as a lieutenant in the NYPD before being recruited into the Bureau of Investigation.

Zeo has the sixth sense with cases, but when it comes to women, Joseph was completely clueless. Some ladies find that attractive, but it just made his life utterly difficult. His inability to express his feelings kept Anais Nin at bay, who finally disappeared altogether with Josee, her deceased sister's and Joseph's daughter. Zeo could've tracked them down but he decided not to, hoping for those he cared about would stay far enough so not to get hurt.

At his lowest point Zeo was heavily addicted to Opium, but was able to get back on track with the help of his friends. With so much baggage tugging at his soul, Zeo decided to start over, and disappeared from New York altogether. Rumors had it that he was currently somewhere in China.
