In an effort to liven up the boards again, some of us have decided to resuscitate the Daily pub quiz but we will be doing

it on a weekly basis. This is a tribute to the original founder, jstkdn. We have decided to take turns coming

up with the questions. The team consists of myself, Ms. Helen, nicnic and detectivehappy.

1. Each week we will post 10 questions.
2. Each Quiz runs exactly one week.
3. The first person that has all 10 questions right, wins. Or if no one has all questions right, the best one wins.
4. You can only post answers ONCE for the same quiz.
5. No cash involved. Just glory. :)

7. Technically, there IS no Snip and Save. The Snip and ShaVe is located in Cairo.

I think Sister Rosetta and Carolyn prob'ly have all the others right. ;-)

I know the answers!

1) Oh Drunken Boy, the pipes the pipes are calling you

2) Green

3) A red velvet cake with black food coloring. Then subtract the cake.

4) First you kiss the stone. Then you sit down and try to sober up.

5) It means Erin has to go looking for her bra. She was drinking too much last night and can't seem to find it.

6) Guiness, more guiness and beef. (oddly enough Irish people do consider guiness a type of meat)

7) John, Paul, George and Ringo

8) Green (It matches the Guiness)

9) Green represents alcohol

10) The cross represents going to church after getting drunk the night before.
