Can anyone get to meet the Ambassador or do I need a certain amount of skill points or to join an agency? I sometimes hear the Ambassador is in town,but nothing else...
What do I need to do next?

Well, anyone can meet the Ambassador, but only those with over 100k exp. will be able actually DO what the Ambassador wants them to. So for those with less, it's rather pointless, and he lets you know it....

Ok I have 100,000 exp how do I meet the Ambassador (Solved my first Almost impossible case)

First you get to whatever town the ambassador is in and then you go to a ###### and you ##### ########## in ### #####. After that you'll get to know where he is and you can meet him!
Simple as pie. :D
