Detective Biography
Doc Burgess was one of the worlds leading neurological brain surgeons who was struck off for carrying out unlicenced experiments on his patients. He was born and worked in London, England, until he had to flee the country from the relatives of his vegetised victims. He was attemtpting to pioneer a procedure that would increase a persons IQ by up to 30%. He claims that he was 'extremely close to perfecting the proceedure'. He now lives in New York and runs a sleazy Detective Agency called 'Doc's' where he utilises his vast intellect to solve crimes and injustices! Who knows what he is putting his savings towards!?!
