Can you reach Cairo without Hostage Negotiation?
Is Hostage Negotiation and Trap Detection a one or the other skill or can you get both any how?
Can you do the pyramids without trap detection? I've failed so far...

You can definitely do Cairo Pyramids without trap detection, my strike rate is 6/9. I'm sure others have done better.
