I have a couple of questions I'd like some feedback on. Please Answer by replying to this post.

1) Is the game fun? Really fun, kind of fun, funner than going to the dentist?

2) Can you think of anything that would make the game more fun?

3) Is the game too hard? Too easy?

Thanks
-Ben

I had a bad case yesterday. On one of the cases I got lucky - one of the 3 people I found was the murderer.

I'll try and write up a FM when I get the time.

I'd like to see a change to the FM's. The first time you try, it uses a case, but after that it should just be a "free" case. You're cases remaining for the day say 7, but if you start over on a FM you're not actually starting a NEW case. Maybe, if you don't solve it first time the reward and exp points drop to like half, but you can restart it 10 times without it taking away from your remaining cases.

I'd also like to see, on the agency locker, a check box by each item, then one "store in locker" button and one "make available to" button. Then you can check off 4 things and store them all at once instead of one thing at a time. And it still leaves you the option of chosing which level of agent has access to which things.

I change to smart gear for searching the scene then change back to my tough stuff and it takes a long time when you do that one item at a time for every case.

There could also be check boxes beside the items to take, with one large "take item" button.

And...

I'd love to be able to choose the level of favor, I'm still doing hard and sometimes really hard cases, but my favors have jumped to incre. hard and I've had to quit 2 already because I just don't have enough skills in place to make them work. Maybe, once you get to a certain level of exp points you could choose between doing hard, really hard, really really hard and incred. hard.

Or make the skill points come a little faster lol It's taking forever to get 12 points so I can get advanced handwriting (I only have 8 right now), then I'd need to get 12 more for footprint UGGG! But the incred hard cases are almost impossible without the added skills :-(

The locker idea has been dubbed "Hangers" and there will be several to voice their agreement with you.

I beleive that the level of favors goes up by the number of favors you do, not the level of your XP.

Skill choice is key to solving the harder favors. You need most of the Interview Skills (tough or charm) to succeed. Those who dabble in both seem to find the going more arduous at the mid-levels. Once you get to the upper level cases having a balance once again becomes an bonus.

1) Funner than a weekend with Batman. Totally gonna cart myself up to the bank tomorrow and get a money order (*is 'unpopular' with the credit folks*) so I can quit flirting and subscribe already, woo hoo!

2) A lot of what other people have suggested will probably only make sense to me after subscribing. But I've seen a lot of people bemoaning bad skill choices, wasted points etc. I'm in that boat too, getting the 'judge of character' and 'sweet talk' skills has given me the unique and utterly useless ability to learn that being tough is usually about twice as likely to be effective as being nice. Burn on me. What about being able to sell useless skills for a fraction of their initial points value, like 1/4 what you paid for them or something? If this idea has been dismissed already, sorry for bringing up old stuff -- I couldn't make it through all 2 years worth of posts!

3) I think it's pretty balanced...have been doing incredibly hard cases for a while now and probably have to quit 1 in 4 or five. I'll see what it's like up a level maybe.

Thanks for the cool game!

The game isnt hard.....earning the money is. I ended up spending $750.00 on a case not worth $570.00. Shouldda gave the client her walkin papers. lol How bout being able to renegotiate the fee, so there's actually chance that we make money. Of course the client would then have a chance to refuse.

I have only been playing for a few days, but I love this game!!

I would like to be able to have more cases a day. :)

As I am still on easy cases to help build experience, it is fairly easy. I expect that to change as I move up.

If you subscribe, you'll get more cases
