I have a couple of questions I'd like some feedback on. Please Answer by replying to this post.

1) Is the game fun? Really fun, kind of fun, funner than going to the dentist?

2) Can you think of anything that would make the game more fun?

3) Is the game too hard? Too easy?

Thanks
-Ben

Well, I've just joined and this is the best of this type of game that I've played (link clicking), and it's mainly because of the atmosphere. A few things I can think of:

- Sometimes games like this start sprawling when all sorts of different functions that don't share a common theme get connected. The one that comes to mind is "Alien Adoption Agency", there's another one called "Republic Online" or something like that . . . my problem with both of those is that when there isn't a theme the game starts becoming totally about what the various minigames do, rather than what the game implies or connotes. I really like the game right now, but if lots of weird options start cropping up I'll probably stop (Japanese RPG minigames are the ones that bug me the most).

- I actually wish the limit were lower. After six cases the game's already starting to be less about the case and more about the data (levelling). Three cases a day is already enough for me. I wish cases were denser and more complicated . . . there was an idea someone had about being asked questions to reconstruct the crime (when did it happen, what was the murder weapon, etc.), I really like that idea!

- Is examining the body part of the game?

- I'd like it if the murderer sometimes had a true alibi. If there were other elements of the case (e.g. the victim was killed by a murder weapon that didn't require the murder to be at the scene) you could have scenarios where the true/false pointers of the alibi would need to be reevaluated.

since the game has gone more global, shouldnt the city news be changed to something like the world news, or the global news, since it contains info from all four cities

Is there a way to know about property prices and get info about the other cities possibilites before actually going to the different locations?

You mean, in terms of real estate, new1?

Hmmm. Good question. I know agency directors can see all the possibilities under "Move Agency Headquarters," so one way to do it would be to subscribe, start a cheap agency in NYC, and then shop around from the comfort of your agency...

...moving an agency isn't too costly, really.

Do you think it would be possible to give directors the option of deleting threads on the agency message boards?

Yes, an overall directory (sorted alphabetically perhaps?) for agencies would be very nice :)
