How many have you quit?

We talked about this once or twice before, but I thought it might help some to vent a little here.

We all know it is better to quit than guess. In the course of daily agency life few people need to quit cases.

Treasure hunt favors were the main source of them. Now with the Villain hunts and the increased difficulty there it seems that the ratio of quits is rising.

So how many have you quit? If you are participating in the Villain Hunts are you quitting a lot more now?

I know I am more dogged on not quitting cases than most. Even on the Featured Mysteries where a False counts as a Quit I would fight tooth and nail.

I have no shame about quitting!

In my defense, many of those were favours when the new cities came out and we were rying to get all the contacts as an agency. However, I must admit, a good many more were simply because I wasn't prepared to guess.

Some of these quits were when I was trying to get a particular PE contact. And now that I did a villain hunt I quit probably 3 out of 5. I am now trying to get Faction skills to help me before I attempt the villain hunt again.

I'm not ashamed of my quits either! I would rather have a bunch of quits on my record, than have falses, especially 3 hehe :)

Pssh, I love my quits...they're like my teenage fanclub. Check these stats:

Cases Quit: 141
Cases Solved: 1168
False Accusations: 1

In my defense, I'll say that close to 100 of those quits were presubscription and agency benefits. But yeah, the Villain Hunt has probably added another 10-15 this week.

There was a time when quit every case without at least 2 PE from my contact, or if there were only one, I checked that and if the suspect had a valid alibi=quit.
About 25 during villain hunt.

I am a Newbie to Sleuth; I went to HerInteractive, and it said 13 or older, so I hesitated. But I took a stab at it, and now I love it! Too bad my limit is 3 cases a day. I want to submit a case so I can get a free subscription! If only I would win... but as soon as I falsely accused someone or quit a case, I would make a new detective. Slim Jim McGraw is the last detective I have made. It's maybe my second or so day with him, and my record is:

Cases Quit: 0
Case Solved: 6
False Accusations: 0

I'm just happy this isn't like the AOL lounge and people can e-mail other people by having their addresses posted on the site whenever you post a reply!
