Reda-
luckily I was able to steal some of Reapers faction information and put it on the Hitchhikers website before it went down. You might be able to find the information you're looking for at:
http://www.freewebs.com/thehitchhikers/guidetosleuth.htm
It should be at the bottom of the page.

i think its a matter of the link from the Community Pages in City Hall being incomplete.
It is missing the city.htm to the end of the address.

yeah that link you've posted sushi does work.
the link from the community sites page doesn't though. it needs to have /city.htm added to the link i think...

I spoke with Delvin a few weeks ago and he said that since he wasn't going to have time to play and keep his site updated that he was going to make the Reaper's site "offline". He didn't want to be responsible for giving out outdated information that was no longer useful.
I imagine that he simply changed the address, not expecting us to all go looking for it. :D

I don't mind hosting it under sleuthchat, as long as someone else takes the responsibility to update the texts. HTML or other programming languages are not required, because sleuthchat rests on a content management system.
