She told me one person to contact. I contacted her. Asked her alibi and when I asked motive she clammed up.....the shops told me of three other people who know something about case but they won't appear in my suspect list :( is there anything I can do? This is only an intermediate case.

mmcisme: i had trouble with those pesky intermediate favors when i first started, too. there's not anything you can do once they've clammed up on you. it will get easier for you when you get more skills. Good luck!

One thing that cannot be stressed enough for new sleuths: IF you have only one suspect ALWAYS ASK MOTIVE FIRST! IF you have only a client and one other suspect ALWAYS ASK MOTIVE FIRST! No matter what ALWAYS ASK MOTIVE FIRST!
