Just out of curiosity, WHAT IN THE WORLD DOES IT DO? After seeing people who have it equipped, in gives them +1 Tough, -4 Smarts and -3 Charm. This would easily have to be the worst equipment in the game, so why are very good detectives using it?

Funnily enough I only have one. I've been cleaned out otherwise. But that one egg, I've had for very long time. I don't know what the hatching time is for one, but I intend to find out. I encourage others to do the same :)
