We've pushed up a change that will automatically keep a list of hints that you've acquired when hunting for an arch villain's conspirator.

Once you've completed at least one case in a given city, the page where you are offered the choice between starting another case or trying to find the AV will show you a list of all the hints you've acquired in that city.
