I wonder what that means, if it means something. It's the 3rd time that i meet him in the street during a case, and i understood that he doesn't want to the case being solved. If i solve it, does it influences his prices? Or it's just a random thing without any importance?

It's just an additional twist to the story of the case. He won't hunt you down or change his prices.
