i`m really curious... does any of you spend money on this game?? i mean do you buy cases when you run out of them??

You cant buy extra cases when you run out. But you can subscribe, that will give you 10 daily cases instead of just 3.

What do you mean abused?
Will it be a major strain on the system if a couple of bios change every day? I'm not being rude, I honestly don't know.

I think he means, that you keep earning cash every time you pay it. But I suppose it can be instituted to get it once. Like you only can earn one PE contact in NYC for instance too.
