Why did you pick your detective name?

(sticky post)
Some of us have interesting reasons to pick a detective name. What is yours?
jstkdn which some people don't realize right away stands for JuST KiDding! It is something I tend to say a lot in real life after a lot of sentences. A good friend of mine in the US had jstkdn as a license plate of her car, so I wasn't that inventive myself.
My previous other agent was PM, which stands for Project/Program Manager, my profession in real life.
My only detective that I currently play with is freelancermountaineer. Only because Freelancer was taken. Sidney Bristow in the Alias series uses two call signs freelancer and mountaineer.

I don't think I've shared why I selected my name yet. I did a quick check through my post, but didn't see it, so here goes:
Years ago, while attending Vo-Tech, (to be a legal secretary) I put together an all girl "Country and Western Band, I called: DaRu & Company." DaRu was also my nickname there. Before graduation, our band was asked to perform before the entire school, and we had a blast. We done songs like, "Rocky Top," some I wrote. Those were the good ole days....LOL. Needless to say, our band split up shortly after graduation. Actually, I only brought the band together to do something fun for the school, and so we entertained them in music. I was told nobody had ever done this before in the history of the school, and they were so proud of us, which made me feel good. I love singing people happy. Anyway, DaRu, also represents my first and last name....."Da...for Debra.....and Ru....for Ruth." So......there you have it.

Gardener Greene

I chose gardener Greene because not only is it an alliterative name (which makes it instantly more interesting), but also because I once played a character in a Marvel roleplaying game with the same name. I'm patterning this character after that one... at least a little.

Mine is a name of a character I wrote for a student film when I was still in college. It's suitably cheesy, plus it wasn't taken.

Mine is so boring compared to everyone else's, haha. Mine is just my name. Easy.

I know I've read this before, I thought I had posted myself, guess not.
lilangel came about when I was in college. My best friend (in RL, aside from my hubby) and I were being silly during classes trying to get our interpreter to laugh. She had told us that we were little devils and I said, "No, we're little angels, see the halo and wings." Well, lilangel got created for an email with my birthdate, since others seem to think they're lilangels as well. I tried it without my birthdate on here, and lo and behold, no one else had that for a detective when I first started with her.
PS: as for the other 6 detectives of mine, I'm not going into long explanations on each one.

Only in the sense that you were both conceived in a garden:) There's a lot of really phallic vegetables out there...
