Am I thie only one who finds it odd that having more physical evidence makes a case harder to solve, not easier?

Hmm..depends on how you look at it.

You could say it is easier because less evidence to ID..

but then again, it could be harder because if one or two of those townspeople clam on you, you are really in trouble, whereas, if you have more, you wouldn't be in as much trouble.

well actually depends where i am if i'm in shanghai or London i like 3 or 4 threade love those cases or if im in delhi 3 or 4 notes is great or in ny i love 3 or 4 foot prints. lol

yes my all time favorites were the 4 hair cases in NYC, that barber hated me with a passion.

You know what's really nice? When one doesn't happen to have the handwriting analysis but one does manage to get the librarian for a contact. :D

Yes, harder cases have more physical evidence precisely because they have more misleading physical evidence. Less is definitely better if you're just talking about ease of solving.

Provided of course, you have found ALL evidence that is available. It sucks to not have found a piece of evidence when you just start playing, and the evidence that you do have do not point to the killer.
