First: If I'm in the middle of a case and for some reason can't finish it today, does it continue over into the next day i.e can I log in tomorrow and finish it up? If it does roll over does it count as 1 of next day's 3 cases i.e do I get to finish that and only have 2 more? Or do I get to finish it and have my regular 3 waiting?

Second: Does the gear available in the shop change? So far I don't see half the stuff there that I see on other people's detective page. Are things you can buy added as your experience rises? Or do you just have to wait to do favors and get stuff that way?

Third: If you do a favor but don't solve the case does that lower the chances of you doing another favor any time soon? I got hit with a hard favor my second day while I was still doing beginner and I falsely accused, does that lower my "standing" with the person I did the favor for?

1. If you have an open case you are working on, it will be there when you log back on, and you will still have all your daily cases for the next day, too.

2. As far as I know, the gear in the shop doesn't change. The gear at Big Lucy's changes, and the gear you get in favors changes as you get to harder favors. The factions sell some gear that is available only through them, and there is some gear available through almost impossible cases. You can access to the best gear the fastest by subscribing and joining an agency with a well-equipped equipment locker.

3. It generally takes four successfully solved cases to earn a favor, so if you don't solve your favor correctly, you will need four regular cases to earn your next favor. But it doesn't impact your standing with the townsperson.
