2. Each Quiz runs exactly 24 hours.
3. The first person that has all 10 questions right, wins. Or if no one has all questions right, the best one wins.

well you better be sorry for answering the Hague!! :P Kidding! Amsterdam is the capital. The Hague is where the queen and government are based. I am impressed you heard of it! Ok sorry for giving this answer away!
