Lately when I have a suspect run away in New York, and I have to find them (usually because they're guilty) it's almost always the Priest or the Bartender who knows where they are. Rarely it might be someone else, but 9 times out of 10 it's the Priest or Bartender. Has anyone else noticed this?

I can't say it's something I've ever noticed before but, I have surveillance so never have a need to ask lol.
I have noticed a similar thing with favours at times though, really annoying when it comes to treasure hunts and you get the same damn favour over and over and over again :)

That's the thing about randomness... by its design, it doesn't always mean an even distribution. It's probably just coincidence on your end, bitter.
