we need another director and 7 more members whod like to join. we dont look like much now but do u think Black Swan started out perfect? (no offense towards Black Swan or any other long running agency:)

Racedogg, you have to recruit pretty actively. Lots of agencies have been recruiting lately, so there are many opportunities for new agents, who can therefore afford to be fairly selective.
Also, ranting at people for not replying to your threads, wherever they might be posted, does NOT make me want to respond - in fact, it's really annoying. So knock it off, and you might have better luck.
