Can someone explain, how, when do you get contacts..
Can you pick witch ones you get, think i read some where you can have up to 2 contacts?

You can have only 2 contacts. 1 is evidence (shoe maker, barber, banker, tailor, etc) and one is non-evidence (music teacher, waiter, butcher, bartender, fortune teller, etc). You get contacts by repedidly doing favors for that townsperson. Sometimes it takes 5 or 6 favors, sometimes is takes 20-30 favors until you get a contact. Just be patient and you will get one.
Most people would say that you can NOT pick your contacts, but in a way you CAN. If you want the tailor (example) as a contact, then just do tailor favors. This WILL take a long time, but it does let you, in a way, choose your contacts.
