When we solve more favours, the favour level goes up till Incredibly Hard. So if my favour level is 'Hard' now, and if I don't solve favours for a few days, will the level go up to 'Really hard'?

No, your favor difficulty is proportional to your experience. The more you have, the more your favor difficulty will increase. In theory, one could never play any favors until one was at the Incredibly Hard level favors.

You gain a higher favour level after playing a certain number of favours. I think it's 10 of your current favour level, if I remember rightly.

So if your favour level is hard you should need 10 hard level favours to get really hard favours.

Sorry Heim :)

So, if I don't solve the rest of the favours (maybe three more to really hard), I will be having the same difficulty level?

Can I found difficulty of favour ? I mean, if I know difficulty, I'll know the number of suspects....

Click your 'Case' tab once yo've started the favour. The difficulty will be shown in the top left corner (as it is for all cases).
