Hello all.
I'm fairly new to Sleuth and I thought I might share a little hobby of mine with you all. Here's something for that sad moment when the mysteries of the day are all done.
Thousands lay up gold within this house,
but no man made it.
Spears past counting guard this house,
but no man wards it.
What is it?

Lady Grey, you certainly know your riddles! OK, I just thought up another riddle...
Sherlock is resting peacefully in his two person tent, with assistant Dr.Watson. He dreams of his cheap canvas tent being stolen by a band of desperate thieves. He is awoken by Watson, who wishes for Sherlock to see the beautiful stars above their sleeping bags. Sherlock groaned. How did he know that his tent had been stolen?

They could see the stars.
For some reason I thought this was a joke, that surfaced in a joke thread....about a year ago in here. Am I wrong?

jstkdn- you are right! Since they could see the stars, they realized that the tent was stolen right under their butts! Oh to answer your question... I don't know, I'm only two days old.

Nope Jstkdn, it is a very old joke. First time I heard it I fell off my dinosaur.
Here are some classic riddles.(I can't remember seeing them on this thread but they might be here somewhere)
1)In the morning I walk on four legs
At noon I walk on two.
In the evening I walk on three legs
What am I?
2)Two legs on three legs
Beside no legs on four legs.
And four legs gets some.
What am I?

Is #1 a werewolf? I'm just guessing! Is #2 a chair?
