Subscribe instead. All the things you get are definately worth the ridiculously small amount you have to pay for it. There is absolutely no reason (except practical ones) to not subscribe. I dare you to try come up with one.

Well Encyclopedia,I do understand the view of Rugby101. He just wants to "try" a free featured mystery/scripted mystery. I believe there was one in NY for a time,but has it disappeared? Well,anyhow,I also understand Ency's view. It's only 7 dollars for a month and you can enjoy all the nice stuf. BUT,some people don't have that money/aren't allowed to spend any money...

The free featured NY mystery is still there.
If you have problem affording 7 dollars a month, try looking at the different boards. - especially the Game Boards. From time to time there will be contests going on where the winner will get a gift subscription.

No, there is still the one there that unsubed players can play. Murder in Manhattan to be exact.

If they don't have the money, then they can compete in the contests that offer subscriptions. Or else scrimp and save some other way. I used to go see movies in the theater once or twice a month. Now I only see movies in theaters once or twice every six months, so I have enough money to subscribe. Just an example.

Subscribing is totally worth it!

Totally agree. Even if the admin does change the free mysterious once in a blue moon (but please don't hold your breath on it...), some of the subbed mysterious are just amazing and kept us going for hours (and to a few, it kept us going for days :P ) Plus there are other little puzzles to solve. ( Check out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rhobKv_4ZDk to see what you're missing ). I'd say 7 bucks a month is a great bargain.
