Hi,
I just finished quite a strange case. I don't know the title of the case but i'll tel what i know:
Hard case
People in the case:
Zoe Watson
Karl Driscall
Kelvin Giron
Spencer Allen
Madalyn Barwarth
Silvanus Andrews
Alexander Emry
Tobias Amezcua
I had foot print (but it was a false leed) and hand writing (right hand person).
Zoe Watson (ded)
suspects:
Tobias Amezcua (client) alibi: ?? (waitres didnt tel-I didnt pay), right hand
Silvanus Andrews no alibi, right hand.
everybody else left hand or confirmed alibi, and Alexander Emry (reserch). The banker confirmed that handwriting matches to Tobias Amezcu. But.. wrong the killer was left hand Madalyn Barwarth.
Is it even posible?? How could it hapen?? I was sure. Everything matched.

Do you have thread and hair analysis? If not it is entirely possible there was a thread or hair at the crime scene that you did not discover because you do not have the skills to find them. You mentioned you confirmed the handprint belonging to Tobias but you did not confirm his alibi, if you had paid the bribe you would have determined that he had a valid alibi and therefore is not the killer

Yes, i don't have thread and hair analisis but i thought that when i found a handwriting and it was written by a right hand person and the handwriting matched it is enought to know the killer. Now i'm working on favor case and may main suspect have died alwso i found a person who suspects him. I think it's not my lucky day :P

Uh. No one wants to talka no one knows nothing and the hand writing doesn't fit to any one with false or no alibi. It's realy "The Head-Scratching Search for the Lost Murder". Eh 3rd case droped :(

I'd strongly suggest getting the analysis for hair and thread before attempting harder cases. Good luck on future cases.

Thanks but.. now i'm working on hard case and i had 2 suspects (had 1 is alredy ded :P ). It looks quite easy now but.. 2 people says that suspect no. 1 is guilty and 1 person thinks that Edina Albertson is guilty ferthermore the handwriting matches to Edina Albertson but she has confirmed alibi. I assume that the suspect no. 1 is guilty.. i hope.. he beter be.. :P

look over in the newbie thread for th eformula to determine gulit, one of the parameters are 2 WE = guilty which you do have, since 2 suspect #1

Don't hard cases only have 2 pe?

Are you sure your footprint was a false lead? Did it belong to someone with a real alibi?

I could certainly be wrong on that, it's been a while. . .

Hard cases can have more than 2 PE i think. I'd say follow Ctown's advice and look through the newbie board to find some formula. Also i'd strongly recommend getting basic thread and hair analysis a.s.a.p. as you might not find all the physical evidence without them.
