I would simple like to know how Surveillance works. That's the next skill I want to buy but I don't know much about it except that I can get it from the OOS.

My next questions is can I hold more than 1 hidden secret plans from the Pyramids or do I have have to sell them as I get them?

Surveillance does not come from OOS. It is from the Circle of Light.

You can only have one set of secret plans at a time. You must deliver the first set, before you can obtain a second set.

Surveillance will allow you to ask up to two extra questions of one suspect per case if it works. It's not a hundred percent guaranteed success rate, and depends on how high your smart value is on your uniform at the time you use it. It's available from the COL. Hypnotism is the skill available from the OOS. That skill allows you to gain more names from suspects when you ask the motive question. Generally, you'll get two to three new names per case. It works better depending on your charm factor.

There was a time when you could obtain more than one set of secret plans from the pyramids at a time, but that's been changed for a while now. The limit's now one at a time. It is possible to do a second mission though, if you have a bit of a look around Cairo. Good luck! :-)

Also as Ran stated many moons ago, and I subscribe to the theory, when using Surveillance, yes, it's best to have some smarts gear on AND leave using it until you've questioned all suspects till they can't be questioned no more. eg if you have 11 suspects and the very first suspect clams and you try surveillance straight away it's less likely to work (in my opinion) than if your first suspect clams, then you question all other 10 suspects, THEN come back and try surveillance on suspect 1.

By the way, can I have a hint on what 2nd mission is available in Cairo?
This is the first time I'm hearing about a 2nd mission.
