i posted this thread on SoM too, but i am more interested to see what you guys have to say!

which game do you prefer, shades or noir? and for what reasons?

personally, i found SoM first and i enjoyed it, but once i came over here i found it a lot more fun andd much more challenging! im curious about y'all's input!

Yeah but now we have none of that resistance from new sleuthers who would just attack us for no reason. Now its just a group of people who have no structure-we need to create the structure with which a community can be built upon..

So, peoples have been trying to convert me to Noir. I am pretty much converted, but not totally due to these wonderful peoples efforts. Shades lacks in both content and community. Noir does not! I have loved every minute I have spent here so far, and am looking forward to many, many more! ;D

I have many reasons for liking Noir more, but the biggest one is that I don't have to constantly feel like a burgalar in this game because the townies don't need items to match the evidence. In real life, you can't even use such evidence in court if it was seized without a warrant under most circumstances I think.
