Although a note can belong to someone with a real alibi, someone who has a real alibi cannot be guilty. You need a fake/none alibi to be able to be guilty.

Check out the CFM post, at the top of the Newbie questions thread, it's designed to help people such as yourself. (and me:)
There is a formula in there that you should abide by AND there is lots of other helpful info in there too.
