Concierge name?

I know this is a strange question... but I am writing a SM set in London and I am unsubbed (if you can believe it). So, does the concierge work in a hotel? If so, what is his/her name and the hotel's name (if it has one)? This is imperative for the intro to my SM, so I was wondering if someone could answer this.

By the way, I wasn't sure what board this question belonged in, so if it's in the wrong place, I'm really really sorry.

Hi there.
The hotel in Delhi is the Maharaja Hotel, and the concierge is called Gordon Smith. Hope that helps. :)

London's Hotel

"I went to the Oasis, an Egyptian themed hotel, that catered to a dubious clientele.

I needed to see Pierre Bagot, the Concierge. "

So the hotel is called the Oasis? And the concierge is named Pierre Bagot. Got it! Thanks so much Arabella! Thanks, also, Adonis. I'm sorry, but I can't use the hotel in Delhi... thanks anyway!
