I earned my first contact at about 5,000 - 7,000 points. I now have 86,220 points and still have 1 contact. Everyone in my agency got their 2nd contact at around 20,00 points and I was curious as to why it's takeing so long for me to get mine.

Like it's been said numerous times around here, exactly when people get contacts is completely arbitrary. Some people get both initial contacts in their home city within their first 10,000-20,000 exp. points, for some, it takes much, much longer. I know of several people who had to wait more than 300k exp. to get their second contact. Trust me, you're not alone, and it WILL come. Give it time. ;-)

Ok thank you. The only contact I have is just in my home town. I was really hoping to get it really soon. Just thought I'd ask. I wasn't sure if it was a glitch or if this was normal.

Some have said you're more likely to get contacts after you reach around 130,000 experience. This did indeed happen with my alt, and to others, but it might just be a coincidence :)

It is not a coincidence. Admin changed the chances of earning a Contact after you pass that XP point a while ago. Does not mean it is automatic, but it does help most people earn them faster.

It's actually 150,000 experience points.
