Is the only way to get to Cairo is by getting hostage negotiation from the Tea steepers? I would like to visit there but I am stuck ....I need Rasputin's egg to continue on with the missions to get that skill (I hate Rasputin's Egg).

I haven't heard that anyone has it yet.
I did spend a long time staring at what Shady had to say, but was not able to come up with anything brilliant. Thanks for bringing it up again though, cuz it just made me want to try something after looking at it again. :)
