When you're not working on a case, and you visit a townie, you can ask him a specific question. Is that in anyway useful? It seems that whatever I ask or type in, they always say :"I'm sorry. I don't know anything about that."

I'd love for someone to PM me about these "specific questions" ... I'm getting better and better as i go but somethings I need help with and have questions about. :)
