Just out of curiosity, is there anyone out there who listens to specific music while playing? This strikes me as a game that would go great with some atmospheric music, but it's way outside my musical arena.

I could just grab some random jazz, but I thought I'd see if anyone had any appropriate suggestions, either authentic period music, or simply music that captures the classic noir feel well.

Jazz isn't my thing... Rosamund? But Big Band Jazz was big in the 30's. Benny Goodman and Glenn Miller etc

I think it might be nice to have a different soundtrack (maybe even background music Ben?) for each city. Big Band in New York, and then other styles that are as close to period as possible for the other cities. Don't know how easy it would be to find mp3s of period music for Delhi, though. Oh she is such a fickle mistress that Delhi.

Buy a ballroom for your apartment, you'll see what kind of music Ben likes to sleuth too...argh.

Maybe some music that fits the detective back round, (like music for a different back round) It's just a suggestion though.

How about the theme from The Pink Panther? Oooohhh now its stuck in my head. I hate it when that happens.

I can only think of creppy or haunting themes like the theme to batman, or Halloween.
