Well, apparently you don't know what plagiarism is.
The unauthorized use or close imitation of the language and thoughts of another author and the representation of them as one's own original work. (Dictionary.com)
If you don't know anything about another's mystery, not even the title, and you're not copying it word for word or aren't stealing every single idea, it's not plagiarism, and you're fine.
