It was 7th Form Geography. (7th Form is the final year in school in New Zealand.)
I was good it. The teacher was hot and was one of about two teachers who liked me. Friday's (class was last period) class was "Slideshows" where the teacher would either show as slides of all the countries he'd visited and tell us stories or just leave the room and leave us to it. Every other class usually involved huge Simpson conversations and very little work.
We got to go to Mt. Aspiring on a 'Geography Fieldtrip' and any time up there is great.
And somehow, we all passed the final exam.

Well I guess I'll interpret that as, "What's your favorite unit of measurement?"
I personally love me some acres!
But to answer your question it's because we don't want to measure our waists in centimeters or our height in meters. What sounds more manly 6'2" or 1.9m?

Well I guess I'll interpret that as, "What's your favourite way to measure your man, in inches or centimetres?"
And personally I have no answer, so shall offer you another...
"What's your favourite landmark?" (eg Mt Rushmore, the Sphinx, Old Faithful etc)

Well I guess I'll interpret that as being time to throw out my ruler that only has millimetres marked on it. As well as the blueprints for some of the more 'grown-up' statues I've been planning...
Thanks Honey Op for pointing out the value of paying attention to what thread you're on before you post. Heh. Coulda sworn it was that "ask a question" one.
My favourite landmark is Stonehenge. Even though I've never seen it, it reminds me, that we're all pretty much the same. Occasionally, even the supernatural-types are up for a short game of Jenga.
