I just saw it in the stores! DO YOU KNOW HOW THICK OF A BOOK THAT IS! It's almost bigger than Harry Potter! (I didn't buy it. I had already spent all my money on video games...)
Why can't I ever get a break? ;)

As so many people have read it by now, I am sure you can find it in one of those second hand book places they have in US. I LOVE THOSE!!!
They still have think of the idea over here, to buy a book for a dollar in a store.

There are many things I could make a million off.
1) Mexican fast food -Taco Bell, 2) Starbucks, 3) Krispey Creme, 4) in and out burger, 5)K-mart and Costco, 6) Target 7) A place....with actual customer service. :)
Vice versa.
1) A place that sells dutch pancakes 2) stroopwafels (wonderful sirop cookies, that I have to bring in large quantities when I come to the US), 3) Indonesian fast food.
Jojo, with great suspense I read your intro. I am overwhelmed. :) :) hee hee.
