I have a couple of questions I'd like some feedback on. Please Answer by replying to this post.

1) Is the game fun? Really fun, kind of fun, funner than going to the dentist?

2) Can you think of anything that would make the game more fun?

3) Is the game too hard? Too easy?

Thanks
-Ben

Erast, you'd probably like the game more if you become a sub, or try the unread will, the free freatured mystery. You might find that writen featured mysterys are more than alibi, and motive Q's, if you write one you'll see what I mean. It's not the same! THere is alot more to sleuth than you think.

Also, the PE people ask you who you think it is because that makes it not to easy, so aparently your bouncing around in circles, you think it's to easy yet you say that the Barber, Shoe Maker ect. should just tell you who it implacats and then ask another suspect who they think it belongs to, that only happens in scripted mysterys, and only on some types of evidence. And on what biggie said and R Anstett said you really need that motive in a case, its as important as the PE and WE. I suggest you ask other suspects for that movtive of that person you need.

Hi, just found this game a couple of days ago, and I really enjoy it. Still feeling my way around until I become a paying member. The difficulty level seems ok to me. Keep up the great work. Just by reading all the posts, there are some really funny and intelligent detectives on this site. Have a great day!

1. Fun

2. I agree with lexigibbs, more mysteries per day would be good

3. I find it pretty good right now.

Jack, I think if you look back to lexi's post on the first page, you will see that her post was 3 years ago.

So with that said, currently all subscribers have 12 daily cases, give or take if they have sidekicks, and all non subscribers have 4 mysteries a day now. That is one more case than you all used to have!

In my opinion, its definately more than enough mysteries for unsubbers :)

1. Fun
2. More freatured mysteries
3. Not too easy: learn new skills - move to harder cases.

1. Fun :)
2. I agree with Erast. The Barber or Tailor should be more specific when they give you the answer. It would be better if the barber let you know whether the hair was straight/curly etc.
3. Should be a little easier for beginners. I am not the best detective but I ampretty good. There are times when I wish the townies wouldnt clam up as much as they do. Thats what makes it harder for me. Otherwise, I think this is a really good game and I love playing it everyday.

1. This is really great fun. This is a game to help you build, or just exercise, your analytical skills! :) This is pure logic at its best.

2. Making the messages that come-up really mean something would be cool. At the moment, I only pause for thought when the Shady Guy comes up or to consider the political factions. I'm not even sure if I pay less to get rid of a false accusation by dropping Shady Guy's cases, but I'm assuming that is how that works. If there were a vital clue contained in the society lady's jabber, or some such thing, that might keep those messages interesting and add zest to the game. Perhaps a clue dropped that leads you to one of the townies who has a piece of useful information?

3. I think the scale has been changed since I last played. ;) My old case files show there used to be tons of suspects, even in the really hard cases and the almost impossible cases were possible. I like the tweaking that's been done. At the moment, I'm finding the IH and SH challenging, even with the contact help from mates in my agency. I like that you can no longer just hand-off cases. That should keep down the "feeding cases," as I used to call it. :) It might also be cool to be able to search for a matching swatch of fabric, hair, shoe, or handwriting sample when you pick a lock, but that might get too complicated.

After a year and a half of staring at your avatar and accusing you of murder a couple of times a week, let me just say welcome back Deborha Lee!

Panthera's idea is excellent.
