There are a number of brave souls who are willing to put their own fizzog on as their character avatar, but many of us have formed an attachment for other peoples faces. My own is of Nigel Bruce, descendant of Robert the Bruce, who was Sherlock Holmes' sidekick Watson in many of the early films.
So - Who is your Avatar?

<<< this face will change some point in time. It will no longer be me... I'm gonna wait until someone else can figure out who it is... which, will have to wait until after it has changed.

It's me! But I don't usually look that intense, and usually my mouth is open and words are coming out of it... ;)

Since my last post, it has changed, this face has been around for about a year now.

The hubby was feeling a bit shy, so his avatar is actually an early picture of General Hoyt Vandenberg, one of the pioneers of the U.S. Air Force, and eventually its Chief of Staff. He also went on to become a Director of Central Intelligence, and Vandenberg AFB in California is named in his honor.
A general for a general--who'da thunk? ;-)
