If one of your suspects goes into hiding and then you ask someone and they say they will talk them into coming out of hiding but they dont think there the killer does that mean there innocent?

No it just means that you're capable of talking to them again. It still is possible that they could be guilty

Plus, you'll either need Underworld Connections or have to ask the townspeople to find the suspect again.
