Was wondering why everything was moving at a snail's pace, then checked and saw how many detectives were logged on.

Hmmmm....so I guess these are all subscribers, since Ben hired a Bouncer for Sleuthville when things got a bit too crowded.

Wow!

The bouncer must have quit because it looks like most of the people logged in have Zero experience points and are not subbed. Which really sucks, when you are subbed and you cant play because the system is moving so slow.

Same here. Only when I checked it said 135 were logged on. Jeez. Mostly noobs who will quit in a day or two, I think. :P

126 detectives currently logged on...

93 below 300 experience. Wow, no wonder we are having slow issues again.

I thought the bouncer had quit for a better offer, but I tried to log in using an old (unsubbed) account of mine, and it would not let me...must be something else?

If you are older than so many days, it won't let you log on when high numbers of people are logged on. HOwever, anyone new or under this age can still log on. This was why I quoted under 300 experience, most of them are still fairly new. I will dig for the exact criteria and post it in a minute.

This is from the original post. I do think the maximum detectives allowed online increased though to 70.

You will not be allowed to login to the game if all three of the following conditions are true:

1) There are already 60 or more detectives logged in
2) Your detective is not currently subscribed
3) Your detective is older than 7 days

Yeah, the limit is 70 now. Geez, 136? That's a ton! Maybe herinteractive is down for maintenance and we're catching some overflow :P
