Trying to wade through the list of Intro typos, I've noticed several repeat submissions. I'd love to help correct them, but with over 300 approved intros now, its a little difficult to find the problem story. I have a little request that should help all of the editors sort through the Into Typos sent in on bug reports.

Instead of giving the case name, if you could please include the name of the author, it would speed up the process. Case names are randomly generated, and we can't look up the intro that way. Sometimes, if you include enough of a quote we MIGHT be able to find it, but Author names are the quickest.

Thanks for everyone's help in trying to make the site a better place! :)

i have 40+ pages worth on the pc of other people's intros... but i don't submit reports due to the fact that y'all would get tired of seeing my name come up on the list of reports.

Go ahead and submit them. You can put more than one in a typo report if you'd like.

Maybe add CFM's remark on the bug report page? That way ppl will remember to put the author's name.

hehe... it took me 3 or 4 reports to get them all, and i have found some repeats on my end... so it ended up being about 20+ pages but i had full intros, i didn't send full intros, can you imagine how many reports i would have had to do if i did that?

Lalalalala!

Just a reminder that case names help Ben when you think you have a problem with the workings of a case, but with case intros, we editors need an author name, please. :)
