Hit a wall at really hard

I was going along happy as larry for quite a while, got up to incredibly hard, and all of a sudden I've had to quit case after case. Now I'm sticking more with really hard cases, which I can usually solve, but I'm at a point where I don't get skill points as easily. I can't even get one skill point a day (I'm unsubbed). Am I doing something wrong? Is this normal?

Hey Elin - yeah, that's totally normal. A lot of people find the jump to IH cases particularly brutal, I think - seems like it's sort of a threshold. Stick at it, maybe try really REALLY hard...the points will come; you'll get new skills and give it another go.

This is totally normal. You just need to give yourself time to adjust to the new dificulty and just ease into a case when you have enough time to try to solve it without having to quit due to time constraints and make sure that just because you are frustrated with a case doesn't mean that you should quit. Just keep trying and you will finally get it.
